Job summary

You will define strategy across AI Agents, Compass / Intelligence Platform, and the AI Platform, partnering with senior leaders to translate needs into roadmaps and outcomes.

You will build a high‑performing PM team, set product standards, and drive scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions with strong governance and adoption programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management, including 5+ years leading teams with AI products in production.
• Built or re-founded a product management function with hired PMs and clear standards.
• Exceptional written product definition craft; PRD is the standard.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI Agents, Compass / Intelligence Platform and AI Platform.
• Lead product definition, requirements, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into scalable product solutions balancing UX, feasibility, value and speed.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and domain leaders throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead launches and adoption strategies with practitioner rollout and feedback loops.
• Establish PM practices and rhythms across US and India teams.
• Build and mentor the AI PM organization and establish excellence standards.
