Job summary

Baker Tilly is hiring a Vice President of AI Product Management to establish and lead the product function for our AI products and platforms. This leader will guide strategy across AI Agents, Compass/Intelligence Platform, and broader AI initiatives, partnering with engineering, design and executive leadership to translate needs into clear roadmaps and specifications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams, with AI products shipped to production.
• Has built or re-founded a product management function — hired the PMs, set the standard, and made it stick.
• Exceptional written product definition craft — PRD standard is the instrument of this organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI platforms and agents, partnering with leaders to set priorities and measure value.
• Lead product definition process with requirements, specs, prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into scalable, user-centric product solutions balancing UX, feasibility and business value.
