Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Vice President of AI Product Management to establish and lead the product management function for our AI products and platforms. This leader will drive strategy and execution across AI Agents, Compass/Intelligence Platform, and the broader AI Platform, partnering with senior practitioners and executives to translate needs into roadmaps and specifications.

Qualifications

15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
Experience shipping AI products to production.
Built or re-founded a product management function with standards and cadence.
Excellent written product definition skills and PRD discipline.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI platforms.
Define requirements, prioritization, and acceptance criteria informed by user needs.
Translate business needs into scalable product solutions balancing UX, tech feasibility, and value.
Lead partnerships with engineering, design, and leadership throughout the lifecycle.
Drive launches, adoption strategies, and feedback loops for future development.
Build and mentor a high-performing AI product management team across regions.
