Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Vice President of AI Product Management to establish and lead the product management function for our AI products and platforms. This leader will oversee product strategy and execution across AI Agents and Agent Factory, Compass / Intelligence Platform, and the broader AI Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of product management, with 5+ years leading teams and AI products.
• Proven ability to build or re-found a PM function and hire PMs.
• Exceptional product definition craft; PRD standards shape the org.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI Platforms and adjacent platforms.
• Define product requirements, specs, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into scalable product solutions balancing UX, feasibility, value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and domain leaders through the lifecycle.
• Lead launches and adoption strategies with service lines; measure adoption.
• Standardize PM practices and rhythms across US and India teams.
• Build and mentor the AI PM organization; set standards for excellence.
• Collaborate with design leadership to align UX with product definitions.
• Communicate product narratives to senior leadership; articulate value.
• Evaluate product performance using data, adoption insights, outcomes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
