Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of software and product engineering experience with senior leadership.
Hands-on credibility with LLM-based and agentic systems.
Experience leading distributed US and India engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Build and lead an integrated engineering organization across Agent Factory and Data & Intelligence.
Hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams in US and India.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, delivery systems, and patterns.
Partner with Platform & Production Engineering to ensure seamless path to production.
