OneMain Financial seeks an experienced Vice President – Director to lead AI Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management and Level 2 Application Support. This senior executive will craft strategy, drive transformation toward predictive operations, and partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Product, and Business teams.

You will champion automation, observability, and data-driven decision making to minimize incidents and maximize service availability across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field is required.
10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership for enterprise environments.
7+ years of leadership in operational support, incident and site reliability.
Extensive experience leading enterprise Incident and Problem Management programs.
Experience with observability, monitoring, event management, and operational intelligence platforms.

Responsabilités

Define and execute strategy and roadmap for Incident, Problem, and Level 2 Application Support.
Set a long-term vision for operational excellence, resiliency, and issue prevention.
Develop KPIs and maturity targets for operations.
Lead executive communications during major incidents and governance forums.
Drive automation, AI Ops adoption, and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Product teams.
