Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a senior leader to head customer management for its growing credit card business. You will oversee analytics and product teams and develop and execute strategies to manage the existing customer base, including balance build, collections, and risk management.

The role reports to the head of Credit Cards with frequent interaction with the CEO and CFO. A proven track record in leading large, multi-geography teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of analytics leadership experience.
• Significant exposure to credit cards or FinTechs.
• Experience presenting to executive management or board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a holistic customer strategy for the card business, including balance build and terms management.
• Lead analytics and product teams to execute end-to-end initiatives.
• Communicate performance and initiatives to the CEO, CFO and board.
• Shape multi-year card strategy and drive risk and profitability outcomes.
