Job summary

BlackLine, a leading fintech company, seeks a VP of AI & Automation Programs to spearhead its internal AI transformation. This senior role reports to the CIO and requires building a scalable AI program with governance, strategy, and measurable business impact.

You will partner across finance, sales, marketing, and operations to deploy AI agents and automation workflows, driving adoption and value realization at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience, with AI/digital transformation focus.
• 3–5 years leading enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation programs at scale.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business impact through AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BlackLine's internal AI transformation program end-to-end.
• Define and communicate a clear AI roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of AI program managers and solution architects.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and so on to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Drive AI adoption, enablement programs, and change management across the organization.
• Establish AI governance, data policies, and risk management with Legal and InfoSec.
