Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of progressive technology leadership across software/platform engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platforms, product strategy, and adoption models.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, workforce plans, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for AI Platform Engineering and Core Capabilities.
• Lead adoption of reusable AI capabilities, model/tool catalogs, and platform services.
• Ensure responsible AI, governance, security, privacy, and architecture controls.
• Oversee portfolio budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend, and performance reporting.
• Build an inclusive, high-trust organization with strong leadership development.
