Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in technology operations, engineering, service management, or related leadership roles.
• Knowledge: AI/AIOps concepts, platform strategy, and technology lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for 24x7 operations, major incident management, and workload automation.
• Own product strategy and lifecycle for enterprise workload automation platforms.
• Lead governance, observability, and automation initiatives to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Partner across technology, security, risk, architecture, engineering, product, and business leadership.
