Job summary

AXIS Capital seeks an AI Solutions Support Lead to own production AI solutions, coordinate incident response, and drive continuous improvements. You will oversee monitoring, governance, and collaboration with data engineering and delivery teams to ensure reliable, fair, and valuable AI services.

You will lead a team of engineers provided through partner delivery, manage backlogs, and ensure production readiness and compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting, operating, or maintaining production AI, machine learning, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating third‑party delivery partners.
• Strong incident management and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own production AI solutions and ensure ownership, governance, and operational readiness.
• Lead AI support and incident management, coordinating resolutions with internal and partner teams.
• Monitor performance, accuracy, drift, bias, and value realization of AI solutions.
• Drive enhancements and backlog management aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BTS, and other teams for smooth platform operation.
• Ensure compliance with AXIS AI governance policies and risk controls.
