Remote Senior Director, AI for Operators & Enablement

Job summary

One Call seeks a Sr. Director, Enterprise AI Enablement to lead AI-for-Operators end-to-end, owning strategy, architecture, P&L, governance, and executive sponsorship. You will guide governance for workforce AI in a regulated PHI/PII environment while building a small, high-leverage CoE and driving time-to-value enterprise-wide.

You will partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT to enable safe scale, and report to the VP Delivery Management with CTO sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in technology, digital-workplace, or transformation leadership.
• Proven ownership of a P&L or equivalent investmentportfolio.
• Experience building governance frameworks in complex organizations.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management with the C-suite.
• Track record standing up new capability, not just optimizing existing.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-for-Operators strategy, architecture, and P&L from vision to funded capability.
• Govern responsible workforce AI use across a regulated enterprise with governance.
• Champion the capability at the executive level and manage boundaries with other AI groups.
• Lead a nucleus team on a DevOps cadence; hire, develop, and retain scarce AI talent.
• Own portfolio value realization and executive reporting on adoption and time-to-value.
