Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in a progressive leadership role with an independent agency/broker.
• Degree in Risk Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the commercial and personal lines account management team.
• Oversee workflow management for best practices and monitor KPIs, translating them into measurable actions.
• Hire and onboard high-performing team members; set goals and track performance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams.
• Build strong carrier relationships and maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
