Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies to drive profitable growth.
• Prospect and onboard new agency partners within your assigned territory.
• Deliver product, system, and underwriting training to agency partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.
• Grow written premium and policies in force through agency engagement and development.
• Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product management, and marketing teams to enhance agency success.
• Represent the company at agency visits, industry events, and trade shows.
