Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a visionary VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ strong workforce spanning pharma and healthcare operations. Reporting to the COO, you will scale infrastructure, optimize cost, quality, and SLAs, and harmonize processes across legacy entities to drive patient-centric engagement.

You will shape staffing, performance standards, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, and finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ FTE remote/hybrid teams in 24/7 settings.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with state board in at least one state.
• Strong process engineering, quality mgmt, and operational scaling.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA).
• Change management and strategic communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy entities.
• Lead staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and professionals.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and KPI improvement.
• Harmonize processes across Truepill and Alto ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance to align launches.
• Develop and mentor leadership team.
