Job summary

Sutherland Global is seeking a high-energy CDE to drive new logo revenues for digital transformation, IT services, and BPAAS. You will build executive-level relationships, manage multi-faceted engagements, and craft compelling value propositions with senior buyers across lines of business.

The role emphasizes delivering $4–10M in annual revenue while shaping strategic client journeys and expanding footprints within target accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/ Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of complex new logo sales experience.
• Proven track record with multimillion-dollar ACV targets.
• Ability to engage C-suite across multiple functions.
• Experience in digital transformation, IT services and BPAAS.

Responsibilities

• Direct business development with new relationships and base accounts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of 5x year revenue target.
• Identify opportunities for $3M ACV total and/or $1M ACV digital deal.
• Deliver annual revenue target of $4–10M while meeting EBITDA targets.
• Sell across digital transformation, IT services and customer engagement.
