The CDE role targets new logo revenue with large, multi-year ACV engagements across digital, IT services, and customer engagement. An ideal candidate will drive multi-million-dollar deals, lead cross-functional teams, and consistently exceed revenue targets while aligning services to client strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in new logo business development for multi-million dollar ACV entries.
• Deep and broad TTHL domain expertise and industry experience.
• Proven track record of building trust-based relationships at senior levels while expanding footprint.
• Ability to craft a transformative story around digital transformation, IT, and customer engagement services.
• Experience selling across CEO, COO, CIO, CDO, CMO, CFO groups.
• Knowledge of analytics/AI/ML solutions and IT services.
• Experience tailoring value propositions and business cases to client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Direct business development and sales activities with new logo accounts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of 5x annual revenue target.
• Identify opportunities with $3M ACV total and/or $1M ACV digital deals.
• Deliver annual revenue targets of $4–$10+M while meeting EBITDA targets.
• Develop consultative relationships and engage senior buyers.
• Sell across digital transformation, IT services, and business process services.
• Position value propositions and ROI to client leadership.
• Lead multi-disciplinary deal teams to close opportunities.
