Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks a Vice President, National Construction Programs to lead delivery, profitability, and operational performance of national client portfolios in retail, grocery, fuel, and restaurant markets.

The role oversees directors, PMs and program teams with full P&L accountability across geographically dispersed sites. The ideal candidate will drive scalable delivery systems, balance high-volume refresh and complex national projects, and build lasting client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction/engineering/business or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership across multi-site construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of national construction programs across markets and regions.
• Manage portfolio profitability and client satisfaction across multiple projects.
• Develop scalable operating systems for intake, estimating, procurement, field execution and billing.
• Own P&L, forecasting, WIP, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Mentor Directors, Project Executives and PMs to build bench strength.
