Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks a Vice President, National Construction Programs to lead delivery, profitability and operational performance of national client portfolios across retail, grocery, convenience store, fuel, restaurant and other commercial markets.

The leader will oversee Directors, Project Executives, Project Managers and program teams with full P&L accountability, building scalable delivery systems and managing both high-volume programs and complex national projects while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
12-15 years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.
Experience managing portfolios totaling $30–50M+ annual construction volume.
Experience delivering multi-site projects across multiple states.
Strong financial and operational management including P&L, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow.
Experience with Procore and modern estimating and project-control platforms.
Willingness to travel nationally 30–50%.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of national construction programs across multiple markets.
Manage high-volume refresh, rollout, renovations and multi-site projects.
Ensure safety, on-schedule, on-budget execution and client satisfaction.
Design scalable operating systems for intake, estimating, procurement, field execution and billing.
Develop regional subcontractor and field-leadership capacity for national execution.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
