Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-site retail, grocery, or similar programs.
• Experience managing portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to set strategy, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.
• Develop project teams and drive accountability and execution.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and partnerships.
