Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Plano, TX seeks a Vice President, National Construction Programs to lead the delivery, profitability and client satisfaction of national portfolios across retail, grocery, fuel, and other markets.

The role oversees Directors, Project Executives and program teams, owns P&L, and is responsible for scalable delivery systems, risk management, and strategic growth. Travel 30-50% nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in construction
• 12–15 years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience
• Experience managing multi-state portfolios and geographically dispersed teams
• Willingness to travel nationally 30–50% and lead through Directors/PMs

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of national construction programs across multiple markets and regions
• Manage portfolios including high-volume refresh work, rollout programs, renovations and multi-site projects
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and meet client expectations
• Design scalable operating systems for intake, estimating, procurement, field execution, closeout and billing
• Establish delivery models and performance metrics across programs
• Drive profitability through effective risk, change and cash-flow management
• Develop leadership bench and succession plans within the portfolio
• Maintain executive relationships and annual account plans with major clients
• Partner with field operations to ensure safety, quality and compliance
• Support growth through strategic pursuits and client expansion
