Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Vice President of National Construction Programs to lead delivery, profitability and client satisfaction across national portfolios of retail, grocery, and other multi-site projects.

This executive will oversee Directors, Project Executives and program teams, owning P&L, forecasting, risk management and scalable delivery systems while expanding revenue and backlogs through strategic growth. Travel up to 30-50% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead national construction programs across multiple markets and regions.
• Own P&L forecasting, risk management, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Build scalable delivery systems and manage Directors, PMs, and program teams.
• Drive growth opportunities and improve profitability across portfolios.
