Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Vice President, Retail Construction Operations to lead the delivery, operational performance, and profitability of a national portfolio of retail, grocery, convenience store, fuel, and commercial construction programs.

This leader will oversee Directors, Project Executives, Project Managers, and project teams responsible for delivering multiple concurrent construction projects across geographically dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and programs across multiple states.
• Experience leading leaders, including Directors, Project Executives, and Project Management organizations.
• Strong financial and operational management experience, including: P&L, WIP/EAC, forecasting/budgeting, margin, buyout, change, cash flow, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of nationwide construction programs for retail, grocery, fuel, convenience store, and commercial sectors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Establish operational standards, accountability measures, and performance metrics across programs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project, operational, and organizational risks.
