Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Vice President, Retail Construction Operations to lead delivery, operational performance, and profitability for a national portfolio of retail, grocery, fuel, and commercial construction programs. This executive oversees Directors, Project Executives and PMs across multiple states to drive safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and programs across multiple states.
• Strong financial and operational management experience including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience with managing leaders (Directors, Project Executives, Senior PMs) and building leadership bench strength.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of national retail, grocery, fuel, convenience store, and commercial construction programs.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Own the P&L performance, forecasting, WIP reporting, EACs, margins, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top construction talent; develop leadership and succession plans.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and support growth opportunities.
