Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Vice President, National Construction Programs to lead delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across national portfolios.

You will manage Directors and Project teams, own P&L, and design scalable delivery systems for high-volume refresh, rollout, renovations, and multi-site projects across retail, grocery, and restaurants. Willingness to travel 30–50% nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Approximately 12-15 years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.
• Experience managing portfolios ranging from high-volume work orders to complex national projects.
• Strong financial and operational management including in P&L, budgeting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of national construction programs across multiple markets.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and safe.
• Design scalable operating systems for intake, estimating, procurement, field execution, and billing.
• Develop leadership capacity and succession within the portfolio.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and growth plans.
• Drive profitability and performance across portfolios.
