Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks a Vice President of National Construction Programs to lead delivery, profitability and performance for nationally distributed client portfolios across retail, grocery, fuel and restaurant sectors.

The role oversees Directors, Project Executives and program teams, driving scalable delivery systems, high-value and high-volume programs, and national project execution with full P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive commercial construction or general contracting experience.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent construction programs across multiple states.
• Willingness to travel nationally approximately 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned national construction programs across markets.
• Manage portfolios including high-volume refresh, rollout, renovations, multi-site projects.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Design scalable operating systems for intake, estimating, procurement, field execution and billing.
• Establish delivery models for different project sizes and client needs.
• Monitor throughput, backlog aging, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Own the P&L performance and financial metrics of the portfolio.
• Drive risk mitigation and lessons learned across programs.
