Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new lead left client relationships leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Collaborate with Fifth Third internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and knowledge of trends.
• Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Wealth Mgmt to tailor relationship strategies for clients.
• Meet with customers regularly to enhance trusted advisor relationship and meet business needs.
• Utilize consultative selling skills and CRM to track activity and pipeline.
• Analyze financial information to determine credit requests to pursue and monitor credit risk.
