Job summary

You will meet clients regularly, analyze financial statements, and work with Credit Officers to structure appropriate financing and capital market strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with at least 5 years in sales.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnering with investment bankers for strategic and capital market advice.
• Strong ability to build new and existing client relationships to drive revenue and positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative metrics.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and win new ones.
• Attend industry forums and conferences to broaden networks and knowledge of market trends.
• Analyze client needs and coordinate with Treasury Management, Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
