Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in Commercial Banking with at least 5 years in sales preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships through centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial and qualitative goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and stay informed on market trends.
• Analyze financial information to support credit requests and tailor strategies for clients.
• Meet with clients regularly to strengthen trusted-advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.
