Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending is seeking a Vice President on the Marketing Strategy team to drive market share growth, customer engagement, and integration across lines of business under the One Chase framework.

You will translate market insights into compelling offers and campaigns, lead strategic initiatives across digital, branch, and advisor channels, and partner with Insights, Product, and Finance to optimize performance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or execution.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with problem solving and planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, insights, product, and finance.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Understand market context and identify opportunities through insights and analysis.
• Design and bring to market compelling offers and campaigns using test-and-learn methods.
• Lead strategic initiatives engaging audiences across digital, branch, and advisor channels.
• Partner with Insights to support growth opportunities and manage budgets.
• Share market insights with Marketing on launches, campaigns, and spend.
