Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate on the Marketing Strategy team in the United States. You will drive market share growth, customer engagement, and cross-line integration in alignment with One Chase.

As part of the Marketing Strategy group, you will work with Insights, Product, Decision Science, and Finance to identify opportunities, design compelling campaigns, and measure performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 3+ years in marketing strategy or execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand market context through research on customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Assess market opportunities through product mix, Chase share, and gaps.
• Design and bring to market offers, campaigns, and partnerships with test-and-learn methods.
• Execute ad-hoc projects across digital, branch, and advisor channels.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.
