Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York is seeking a Vice President on the xLOB Engagement Marketing team to own the strategy and activation roadmap for hub experiences and unified journeys. You will balance customer impact, feasibility, and enterprise alignment to deliver cohesive experiences across One Chase.

Collaborate with Product, Digital, Analytics, UX, and LOB partners to translate customer needs into prioritized initiatives, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and present executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services with strategy or CX leadership.
• Defined, developed and executed web experiences across financial service products.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide integration strategies across lines of business.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Executive communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Structured program and project management across multiple workstreams.
• Experience defining roadmaps across hub models or centralized experiences.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and LOB priorities to identify experience gaps and activation levers.
• Develop roadmaps for centralized hub experiences and unified journeys.
• Translate journey needs into actionable requirements and briefs.
• Lead creative development and ensure delivery across product, digital, analytics, and UX teams.
• Prepare executive-ready updates with tradeoffs, risks and recommendations.
