Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy or execution.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: apply management skills such as opportunity assessment, structured problem solving, sizing, prioritization, hypothesis testing, and execution planning.
• Cross-functional Execution: work effectively in a matrixed environment across Home Lending Marketing and partners such as Insights, Product, Decision Science, and Finance.
• Communication: build narratives around complex topics and communicate in written and verbal formats with senior leadership.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Understand commercial context through market, competitor, and customer research.
• Assess market opportunities through product mix, Chase share, and customer gap analysis.
• Design and bring to market compelling offers, campaigns, and partnerships using test-and-learn methodologies while accounting for factors such as financial return, execution constraints, and risk & controls.
• Execute ad-hoc projects that engage target audiences along the homebuying journey across digital, branch, and advisor channels.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and develop recommendations to optimize performance.
