Job summary
Risk Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to lead the Low Value Dwelling Program within personal lines.
The role will shape strategy, oversee underwriting objectives, profitability, regulatory compliance, and work closely with carriers, agencies, and executive leadership to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have deep homeowners and dwelling fire expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record of scaling programs with substantial premium volume and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Senior level insurance program leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of homeowners, dwelling fire and low-value dwelling programs.
- Proven ability to grow premium volume while maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the Low Value Dwelling and residential property program.
- Establish and execute program strategy, growth initiatives, underwriting objectives, and profitability goals.
- Maintain oversight of program performance, premium growth, retention, loss ratio performance, and carrier profitability.
- Lead underwriting strategy, risk selection, referral practices, authority management, and guideline development.
