Job summary
Citi seeks a Senior Process Engineer (VP) to lead CitiLean programs across Citi’s global footprint. You will shape end-to-end process re-engineering, drive AI/ML-enabled optimization, and partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable efficiency and revenue improvements.
The role requires 8+ years in financial services, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Lean, Citi processes, and cross-border teams, with travel up to 25%.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years total work experience, ideally in financial services.
- Strong practical experience in running Lean Programs and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and reimagining processes using AI/ML.
Responsibilities
- Lead CitiLean projects to solve critical business problems delivering financial and non-financial benefits.
- Apply CitiLean Methodology to identify, analyze and resolve complex business problems.
- Drive problem solving using AI/ML and other key levers.
- Interface with business leaders and stakeholders; communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Translate management priorities into project targets and goals.
- Lead current state reviews, identify pain points and analyze data to validate root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future state processes.
- Run workshops, pilots, and trainings to drive outcomes.
- Educate teams on CitiLean tools and principles.
