Job summary

Citi seeks a VP-level Data and AI Solutions Manager to lead use-case design and delivery for Investor Services clients. You will own end-to-end AI product delivery, engage enterprise clients, and drive adoption of data-enabled capabilities across markets with strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Solutions and/or Product management experience with large-scale tech products.
• Proven AI/ML product experience and digital platform delivery in financial services.
• Experience with Data Solutions, APIs, and Cloud Data Sharing.
• 3+ years of external client-facing experience with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, risk, and governance; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing AI product delivery plans and outcomes.
• Engage enterprise clients regularly to validate solutions and co-create products.
• Define go-to-market plans and lifecycle for AI products from prototype to launch.
• Drive adoption of data products including cloud data sharing and APIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
• Roll out Data and AI capabilities across markets while aligning with global design.
