Job summary

Citi seeks a senior leader to drive process re-engineering and operational improvement across Retail and Cards. You will manage a team of 10, translate data into practical actions, and shape large-scale programs with senior stakeholder buy-in.

You will embed Lean-based improvements, guide cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Technology, and maintain governance and executive communications across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in banking.
• Experience leading ops or process improvement in a multinational.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into insights.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Hands-on delivery of process re-engineering programs.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and re-engineering toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of process re-engineering projects across Citi's Retail and Cards businesses.
• Develop and execute programs to reduce customer complaints and optimize operations.
• Embed sustainable improvements across Core Operations.
• Manage and develop a team of 10 professionals.
• Monitor and analyze customer complaint trends and present findings.
