Qualifications

• Full-stack development with 10+ years experience.
• Hands-on web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS) and REST-APIs with Java/J2EE backend.
• Deep experience with Big Data and data platforms for AI/ML workloads.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Experience with Agile SDLC and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (JIRA, SonarQube, Jenkins).
• Understanding of JVM internals, memory management, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design oversight for scalable, intelligent systems.
• Develop key components and mentor team with AI design patterns (Agentic AI).
• Lead design/code reviews and raise engineering standards; promote AI-assisted development practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver software solutions for risk management workflows.
• Drive adoption of new technologies while complying with Citi architectural guidelines (AI/ML).
• Mentor mid-level/junior developers and analysts in AI/ML and data governance.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance in all engineering decisions.
