Job summary

Citi is seeking a Process and Data Analyst to join the CitiLean Reengineering Team as part of Enterprise Productivity and Efficiency. The role focuses on Lean-driven process improvements, data analytics, and strategic problem solving across the franchise.

The candidate should have 3-5 years in bank services, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to work with senior leadership on data-backed recommendations. Travel ~30% is expected.

• Establish data requirements and analyze data to validate findings.
• Conduct root cause analysis with SMEs.
• Support design and development of interim and end-state solutions.
• Plan milestones and track deliverables.
• Deliver progress reports and presentations.
