Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or change management.
• Ability to assess complex processes and translate findings into clear recommendations and practical implementation plans.
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, operating model design, RACI definition, KPI development, and procedure documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, data, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, finance, and controls.
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, productivity measurement, root-cause analysis, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve processes, controls, productivity, and client experience.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and risk teams to define current-state challenges and design future-state processes.
