Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in Production Support.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL; able to build ad hoc SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of UNIX (Linux) and Windows; able to navigate the system and core admin functions.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
• IT (spreadsheet/analytical/modeling skills).
• Positive attitude and keen to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under stress and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary enhancements.
• Provides expertise in app support principles.
• Define system scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and Systems Analysts to determine systems impacts.
• Assess risk, document issues, and propose mitigation options.
• Mentor new or junior analysts and allocate work.
• Drive compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
