Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and demonstrate leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through analysis of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application programming and architecture adherence.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
