Responsibilities

• Manages one or more apps support teams.
• Provides technical oversight across systems and applications; leverage skills across multiple apps support areas.
• Provide a holistic view of the production environment for technology and business management; partner with senior business heads.
• Guide on feedback reviews with development managers; ensure issues are tracked to closure, including long-term fixes.
• Performs incident/problem resolution with prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis and follow-through.
• Consults with primary clients to understand strategic objectives of users.
• Aware of audit/compliance issues; contribute to strategy formulation for apps support.
• Champion stability initiatives for high availability, monitoring, failover, and resiliency.
• Handle incidents, problems and changes at a global enterprise level with calm, analytical approach.
• Deliver end results and participate in budget/resource planning for apps support.
• Meet customer satisfaction requirements of operational procedures; communicate with stakeholders.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency; supervise others and ensure accountability.
