Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Vice President, LabPilot to lead a new software business unit focused on lab software, connectivity, and data management. Reporting to the CTO, the VP will own P&L, strategy, team building, and market expansion, with a build-to-scale mindset.

The role requires 15+ years in software product leadership, deep lab informatics familiarity, and a track record transforming commercial models toward SaaS. This is a remote East Coast position.

Qualifications

15+ years of product management, software product leadership, or general management in a software/tech business.
Demonstrated P&L ownership with revenue growth and margins.
Experience building and leading product teams in a software environment.
Knowledge of lab informatics concepts: LIMS, ELN, data management.

Responsibilities

Own LabPilot P&L, revenue, gross margin, customer acquisition and multi-year growth targets.
Define LabPilot product strategy: vision, architecture direction, commercial model, pricing.
Set pricing strategy for LabPilot products and services across licensing, modules, services, and support.
Drive AOP planning: revenue projections, investment needs, headcount, capital.
