You will own P&L, guide modernization with AI and cloud components, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact space software solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience with focus on software products, strategy, and revenue growth.
• US citizenship is required due to program requirements and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability for satellite software.
• Lead growth initiatives with business development and key customers in aerospace.
• Oversee development and delivery of satellite flight and ground software solutions with a focus on AI, automation, and cloud tech.
• Drive operational efficiency through resource allocation, processes, and KPI tracking.
