Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Business Division CIO for Regulated Utilities to lead IT and digital strategy across the division. The role anchors the DB&T function and partners with operations, finance, and regulatory teams to align technology investments with the division's P&L and compliance obligations.

This hybrid leadership position requires extensive experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and data analytics, with a proven track record in regulated utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, or related field required.
• Experience in regulated utilities or critical infrastructure preferred.
• Proven leadership in IT strategy, governance, and digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and digital strategy across the Regulated Utilities division.
• Define division-specific IT/digital roadmap aligned with DB&T strategy.
• Oversee enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, billing, asset management) and data platforms.
• Ensure cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with water-sector regulations.
• Coordinate IT with Operations, Engineering, Safety for OT/IT convergence.
• Lead change management, vendor management, and ROI tracking for initiatives.
