Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a seasoned VP of IT Strategy & Transformation to align business priorities with technology execution across the region. You will define a three-year IT strategy, drive cross-functional programs, and partner with the CIO to maximize ROI while enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in IT Strategy, Management Consulting, or Portfolio Operations.
• 7+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant departmental budgets.
• A track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or pivot-points within complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive strategic direction aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Define a three-year IT roadmap across Corporate Systems, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
• Align regional and global tech teams to drive cross-functional value.
• Oversee vendor strategy and high-stakes IT negotiations.
• Modernize IT operating model and mature Agile practices.
• Direct IT business partnering across North American units.
• Govern portfolio governance to ensure financial transparency and ROI.
