Accenture in the United States seeks a senior leader with deep utilities experience to drive large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations. You will advise C-suite executives, shape market-leading offerings, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role focuses on driving digital transformation, data and AI-enabled improvements, and close collaboration with Strategy, Technology, and Industry X to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of utilities sector experience with Retail, Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs including CIS implementations (SAP or Oracle).
• Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in digital transformation, data/AI driven improvements and customer experience initiatives.
• Proven ability to originate and close new business and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience coaching senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives on transformation strategy and execution.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation with data/AI focus.
• Originate and manage complex sales pursuits and deal shaping.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with accountability for scope, timeline, and budget.
• Contribute to external eminence through thought leadership and client workshops.
• Mentor and develop senior practitioners within the Utilities practice.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver integrated client solutions.
