Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an exceptional strategy leader to shape the long-term direction of its Technology, Industrial & Governments sector. You will work with the Chief Strategy Officer and sector leaders to guide portfolio choices, capital allocation, and growth priorities across a 100% employee‑owned global infrastructure company.

This high‑visibility role requires rigorous analysis and strong knowledge of U.S. utility markets and policy dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise strategy across multiple markets and portfolios.
• Lead capital allocation frameworks with finance and operations partners.
• Engage with senior executives to align strategy and drive decisions across TIG markets.
• Oversee cross‑functional execution and change management to translate strategy into results.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and M&A activities to accelerate capability building.
