Qualifications

• Comfortable making tradeoffs and decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the IT infrastructure that supports customer-facing products and services.
• Own IT operations related to uptime, reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Establish customer support systems, tools, and workflows.
